CNC routers for woodworking will inevitably have some problems in the day-to-day work process. Some reasons are due to the configuration of the machine itself, and some reasons are caused by customer misuse. The following are some common problems we have compiled for your reference.
1. If the working voltage is unstable or overloaded, just add a voltage regulator.
2. Check whether the middle wire is connected properly and whether the wire end is desoldered.

1. Whether the layout size of the file matches the machine.
2. Check whether there is an offset (OFFSET) and whether the layout is set correctly.
1. If the limit switch cannot be reached, just correct it.
2. The contact of the drive line is not good, just fix the drive line.
3. The limit switch line is not connected properly, just connect the line.
4. If the limit switch is damaged, just replace it.
1. The limit switch is out of order, and the limit switch has been closed and bounced open during the process of the system returning to the system origin. Just replace the limit switch.
2. The driving wire is loose. Try to fix it tightly.
